Kirchhoff Family - Find Your Moonshot - Experiential Learning Fund

Andrew, BS’06, and Ashley Kirchhoff, BS’09, established this experiential learning fund to enable a student to participate in hands-on learning outside of the psychology classroom. It may be used to fund their experiential learning opportunity (internships, research, etc) including travel, lodging, meals, tuition, or any other miscellaneous expenses during a summer session or during the academic year. The Kirchhoff Family – Find Your Moonshot – Experiential Learning Fund will serve to support students with a future focused mindset and encourage them to develop the skills needed to enhance their future.

Eligible students must be psychology majors at the undergraduate (entering sophomore, junior, or senior year) or graduate level, possess an overall 3.0GPA or higher, demonstrate leadership on and/or off campus and provide specific information about the experiential learning opportunity they plan to attend.

This is an Apply-To Opportunity. Applicants will need to submit one or more additional items to be considered for this award after submitting the General Application.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees OR as an expense reimbursement. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash, unless being reimbursed for approved expenses.
