Kempes Schnell History Scholarship

The Kempes Schnell History Award recognizes a full-time undergraduate who has a strong record of achievement as a history major with a GPA of at least 3.25, and who demonstrates financial need. Preference will be given to a senior who has been accepted for graduate study in history at SUNY Brockport or in any other graduate program at Brockport.

To be considered for this opportunity you must apply through the “All Department of History Scholarships Application”.

The financial assistance is in the form of a educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
