Department of Sociology Scholarship

The Department of Sociology at SUNY Brockport established its d at the College who has—and continues to—demonstrate a potential for excellence in a career that depends on the knowledge and skills required in the study of sociology. These careers can include social work, public policy, law, human resources, marketing research, policy analysis, guidance counseling, and demography.

To qualify for the Department of Sociology Scholarship, students must be majoring in sociology at the undergraduate level and have at least a 3.0 GPA.
