Friends of Brockport Dance

Faculty and friends of the Department of Dance at SUNY Brockport established the Friends of Brockport Dance Scholarships to recognize incoming or continuing students in the program who have the potential for excellence in dance.

Friends of Brockport Dance is the group formed to support the dance program at the College. Proceeds from selected performances throughout the year sponsor the group’s endeavors.

To qualify for a Friends of Brockport Dance Scholarship, students must have visited the campus, be accepted into one of the graduate or undergraduate dance programs, and demonstrate the potential for artistic and academic excellence in dance. Although incoming freshmen will receive preference, returning students also are eligible to apply.
