Richard and Ronni Zusman Scholarship
Dr. Richard ’66 and Ronni ’68 Zusman established the Richard and Ronni Zusman Scholarship at SUNY Brockport to support a student who is a resident of the State of Massachusetts before attending the College.
Dr. Zusman earned a master’s degree at SUNY Albany in political science in 1968, a master’s of science in education from Brockport in 1972, and his PhD in Educational Administration from Northeastern University in 1979. During his education career, he focused on the need for uniform assessments of teaching and learning. After his retirement, Dr. Zusman established Assessment and Evaluation Concepts, Inc., a consulting firm that allowed him to share his knowledge with school districts and leaders across the country. Now retired as CEO from Assessment and Evaluation Concepts, he is a member of the Brockport Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Mrs. Zusman earned her master’s degree in education and taught in the Taunton (MA) School District.

Additionally, they must meet the current entrance requirements, submit a 500-word essay on what this scholarship means to their educational career, and demonstrate the need for financial assistance as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
