Birkins Family Scholarship

This fund will allow a student to continue his/her studies in the event that leaving Brockport due to financial constraints would be the only other option. Student must have completed at least one year of study at Brockport, must be a student in good standing although not with a GPA that qualifies them for merit scholarships (between 2.2 and 3.0), and who demonstrates financial need as judged by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) minus any other awarded scholarships or grants.

This is an Apply-To Opportunity. Applicants will need to submit one or more additional items to be considered for this award.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
