Brockport Alumni Association Incoming Legacy Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes an incoming undergraduate or graduate legacy student. Eligible students must be enrolled full time and have demonstrated academic achievement. For incoming first-time, freshmen students, the minimum level of achievement is a high school average of 90 or better. Incoming transfer or graduate students need a GPA of 3.0 or better. Applicants must also submit a personal statement and they must include the name of the alumnus/a to whom they are related (if a woman, include maiden name), year of graduation, and relationship to that person (must be a parent, grandparent or legal guardian) where asked on this application.

This is an Apply-To Opportunity. Applicants will need to submit one or more additional items to be considered for this award.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
