Dr. Betty Marian Anderson Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes one current REOC student who makes a contribution to the diversity of the student body primarily by overcoming a disadvantage or other impediment to success in higher education, promotes a broad range of experiences to students and demonstrates academic excellence.

This award is selected by the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center selection committee and does not accept applications.

The financial assistance is in the form of a check if the recipient is not a student at SUNY Brockport. If the recipient is a student at SUNY Brockport, the financial assistance will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period and the student must use this award for non-tuition educational expenses.
