Roy and Helen Doody Scholarship in Business
This scholarship annually recognizes two outstanding majors in the School of Business and Management at SUNY Brockport at the junior or senior level. Eligible students are enrolled in one of the School of Business and Management majors, and
have completed 54 credits, of which at least 15 credits must have been completed at SUNY Brockport, at the time of selection,
demonstrate academic excellence with possessing at least a cumulative GPA of 3.0,
demonstrate strong work ethic and the potential for excellence in their future career,
demonstrate collegiality, respect for others, and a commitment to their community.
All eligible applicants will be considered however, a first preference will be provided to students who are first-generation college students. A secondary preference will be provided to applicants who identify as a member of a historically underrepresented minority group.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
