Eileen L. Corcoran Education Award
This scholarship recognizes a graduate student in the Department of Education and Human Development who is pursuing mid-career advancement in the education field while employed full-time as a public school teacher. Applicants must submit a letter describing dedication to the teaching profession, and discussing commitment to completing the degree and goals following graduation, Student must also submit an additional letter of professional support Preference given to women students.

The financial assistance is in the form of a educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
