Larry & Ilene Goldman Make a Difference Scholarship
This scholarship fund annually recognizes two outstanding students, one who is studying in the Department of Political Science & International Studies and the other who is studying in the Department of Modern Languages & Cultures.
Eligible students must
- Be rising sophomores, rising juniors, or rising seniors,
- Demonstrate academic excellence or potential for success in their academic career, and
- Demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) minus any other awarded scholarships or grants.
For the first scholarship, applicants must be eligible based on the above and be matriculated in the Department of Political Science & International Studies at the undergraduate level as well as demonstrate an interest in or aspire to pursue a career in law.
For the second scholarship, applicants must be matriculated in the Department of Modern Languages & Cultures.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
