Joseph R. Kandor Nu Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota Award of Excellence

This scholarship recognizes an outstanding graduate student in the Counselor Education program at SUNY Brockport with a GPA of at least 3.5, has two semesters of study at Brockport remaining after receipt of this scholarship, has completed at least 18 but not more than 42 graduate hours, and demonstrates the potential for excellence in a career as a professional counselor as judged by the selection committee.

This is an Apply-To Opportunity. Applicants will need to submit a statement in order to be considered for this award after submitting the General Application.

The financial assistance is in the form of a educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
