Josephine F. Mannix Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student in elementary education who has a strong academic record and has demonstrated excellent potential for success in the profession. The scholarship also requires letters of reference from two professionals in education, and submission of a written response on the applicant’s qualifications for this award based on personal and professional experience in education.

The financial assistance is in the form of a educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
