James H. Keeler Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes incoming students, either first time freshmen or transfers, who are a permanent resident of Orleans County. The recipient will be chosen based on the candidate’s responses that indicate a need for financial assistance, their engagement in community service, their current career goals, and why SUNY Brockport is an excellent fit.

Eligible incoming students are considered for this opportunity based on their undergraduate admission application.

The financial assistance is in the form of a educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
