Cameron Family STEM Scholarship

Eligible applicants must:

• Be accepted for admission as an incoming transfer student, with junior status, and who is pursuing any one of the Science, Technology or Math (STEM) majors offered by SUNY Brockport at the undergraduate level.
• Must possesses a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrate a commitment to an extracurricular involvement as judged by the selection committee.
• Demonstrate a need for financial assistance as informed by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) minus any other awarded scholarships or grants and as judged by the selection committee.

This scholarship is renewable for one additional year or two additional semesters if the student remains enrolled in any STEM major and maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

This is an Auto-Match Opportunity. Applicants are auto-matched to this award based on their submission of their General Application.

The financial assistance is in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant that may be used to cover educational costs such as room, board or college fees. The award will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period. The student must use this award for educational expenses at the College and may not receive the award in cash.
