President's Citation Award

This fund was established in 1964 by the Office of the President of what was then known as Brockport State Teachers College. Donald Tower was serving as president at the time this award was established. The award honors and recognizes a graduating senior from SUNY Brockport who has demonstrated exceptional scholastic merit, professional promise, and a distinguished record of contributions to the College and community.

Eligible students must

  1. Be a senior undergraduate student who will graduate during the academic year in which the award will be presented
  2. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75.
  3. Possess a strong record of cocurricular campus involvement, including contributions to the College, local and/ or home community.

This is a cash award for graduating seniors. Only one student from each academic school will be nominated – there is no application.
