Charles S. Thomas Memorial Award

This fund will continue the spirit of Dr. Thomas who sought to instill in his students a joy of living through the study of life. It is awarded in honor of the late Dr. Thomas, professor of Biology from 1959 to 1977.

ELIGIBILITY and CRITERIA
Students must:
1. Be enrolled in the Department of Biology at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to students who are enrolled in the Biology major.
2. Demonstrate academic excellence as evidenced by possessing the highest grade in BIO 201- Biology I, or its current equivalent.

This scholarship will be credited to the recipient’s bill in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant. It must be used for educational expenses and may not be received as cash.
