O'Reilly Scholarship in Environmental Science
This fund was established to support students studying science issues related to the environment. Mrs. Ann M. O’Reilly Donavin was a graduate of SUNY Brockport in the class of 1942. In a personal reflection, Mrs. Donovin said, “SUNY Brockport expanded my world when I was a student. My class, the smallest ever due to the times, was very cohesive. Many things will never be forgotten. Sharing my good luck with the College today is more than I ever expected to do. In fact, I always thought that the flag from my casket and $1,000 to the Seymour Library would be my legacy. However, the library has moved, the College has changed, and I have been rewarded. What better way to help my Alma Mater?” Mrs. Donavin passed away in 2005.
