Charles J Ashworth Memorial Scholarship in Business and Economics

The Charles J. Ashworth Memorial Award is awarded each year to an outstanding student in Business and Economics who strives for excellence and high personal standards in the academic, social and professional environment. This award is in honor of the late Charles J. Ashworth, who was a local and national businessman.

Eligible students must

1. Be an undergraduate student entering their junior year.
2. Have an overall GPA of 3.25.
3. Demonstrate an interest in business and economics indicated in course selection.
4. Demonstrate involvement either in school or community activities.

This scholarship will be credited to the recipient’s bill in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant, split evenly between the fall semester and the spring semester.
