Cameron Family STEM Scholarship

Eligible students must

1. Be accepted for admission as an incoming transfer student, with junior status, and who is pursuing any one of the Science, Technology or Math (STEM) majors offered by SUNY Brockport at the undergraduate level.
2. Must possesses a minimum GPA of 3.0.
3. Demonstrate a commitment to an extracurricular involvement as judged by the selection committee.
4. Demonstrate a need for financial assistance as informed by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) minus any other awarded scholarships or grants and as judged by the selection committee.

Recipients can renew this scholarship for one additional year if they:

1. Remain enrolled in a STEM major
2. Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA or better

This scholarship will be credited to the recipient’s bill in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant. It must be used for educational expenses and may not be received as cash.

Incoming students are considered for scholarships based on their admissions application – they should not apply through the scholarship portal. For best consideration, students are encouraged to submit their application by February 15th.
