J. Scott Atkinson Carillon Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes an outstanding participant in Eta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi (first preference), or another recognized Greek social organization (secondary preference) if there is no eligible member from Pi Kappa Phi. In the event there are no eligible Greek applicants, the award should go to a student heavily involved in campus activities. The student must demonstrate a commitment to academics as exemplified by a GPA of 2.75 or higher, a strong record of participation in campus activities, and, for members of Pi Kappa Phi, demonstrate excellence in brotherhood.

This is an Apply-To Opportunity. Applicants will need to submit one or more additional items to be considered for this award after submitting the General Application.

The financial assistance is in the form of a check if the recipient is a graduate of SUNY Brockport before the fall semester of the award period. If the recipient is not a graduate by the start of the fall semester of the award period, the financial assistance will be credited to the recipient’s bill during the semester(s) of the award period and the student must use this award for educational expenses at the College.
