Empire State Diversity Honors Scholarship

Eligible students must be enrolled in a degree program and have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students must also meet the GPA and SAT entering requirements for the Extraordinary Academic Scholarship Program or be a Transfer student with 3.0GPA or better. Once a student has qualified for an Empire State Diversity Scholarship at Brockport, they can renew the scholarship annually by maintaining an overall GPA of 3.25. If the student’s GPA falls below a 3.25 in a subsequent semester, they can use the spring semester to bring the GPA back to a 3.25. Students can qualify for these scholarships as entering freshmen or transfers, and as continuing sophomore, juniors and seniors, depending on eligibility of funds.

Funding is provided equally from the Brockport Foundation and from the State University of New York.
