Warren M. Morgan Memorial Award in English

This award is designed to honor the memory of the late Dr. Warren M. Morgan, professor of English 1942-1962. It acknowledges an outstanding senior student who is majoring in English and has demonstrated high achievement in the department of English.

Eligible students must

  1. Be enrolled as a full-time student in the Department of English and have senior standing at the time of selection.
  2. Have an overall GPA of 2.5 or above at SUNY Brockport as well as a GPA of 3.0 or above in all English courses taken at Brockport.

This is a cash award for graduating seniors. If the recipient is not graduating in May, the scholarship will be credited to their bill in the form of a non-tuition educational expense grant.
